Tax Certificates
Tax Certificates may be required by law firms or financial institutions when a property is being sold, refinanced or as a verification of paid taxes. A tax certificate is a legal document that provides the roll number, legal description, property address, levy, current balance, arrears, utility account balance and the current land and improvement assessed value.
Cost of a tax certificate is $25.00
